A Community Partnership
-
Local Lions Clubs and Lions International have adopted as a primary cause, working to reduce the prevalence of diabetes and improve the lives of those living with diabetes.
Prairie Parkway Garden was founded by members of the Cedar Falls Lions Club, who saw a need in our community to educate diabetics on how to live more healthy lives through nutrition and exercise.
-
Prairie Parkway Garden is located on the grounds of the Unity Point Prairie Parkway Clinic. Without the generous contribution of this multi-acre site, the garden would not be possible.
-
Prairie Parkway Garden is maintained by people like you, who wish to improve the health and environment for all people in the Cedar Valley.
Meet the Garden Leaders
